Arrival Time: 2pm – 6pm unless stated otherwise.


Departure Time: 10 am.  Late check-out fee may apply.

Cabins must vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.

Sites must vacate by 10am when bookings are heavy. Sites can sometimes pay a small fee to have a later departure however this must be arranged with management.

Minimum stay/price applies during peak time, i.e, Labour Weekend 20th of December – 8th of Feb including Auckland Anniversary Weekend and Waitangi Weekend, Easter and Anzac Weekend.

Cabins have a 2-night minimum between October & May on the weekends.


A Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. No reduction for early departure or late arrival.


Payment Policy
A Deposit of the first nights charge is required to confirm a booking.
Summer bookings will usually require a higher deposit and will be advised in your deposit request email.
Confirming this booking means that you agree to, and will abide by, all park rules outlined in our terms and conditions and that you are fully responsible for all the costs incurred by yourself and or your group/visitors.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refunded only if we are notified more than 5 days prior to arrival less a $10 cancellation fee. Christmas/January, Long Weekends & and Public Holidays; Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Deposits are taken as confirmation of the complete period you have booked.
In case of cancellation, you will be charged a minimum fee per day for the dates confirmed.
Peak/Busy periods have a minimum stay and charge per night.

Conditions Policy
We are a family park and have a very strict 10.30 pm Quiet Time policy and NO PARTY policy. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before booking
